What the guarantee covers
Any deviation from the approved brief - a script spoken incorrectly compared to the text you provided, video quality below the agreed standard, broken lip sync, or voiceover in a different language from the one requested.
How it works
When the draft is delivered you have the revision rounds included in your package. If after revisions the product still does not meet the originally agreed specifications, you activate the guarantee - full refund.
What it does not cover
Script changes requested by you AFTER production starts, subjective preferences not specified initially, or requests outside the original specifications.

Our payment policy
We request an advance of 40-50% upon confirmation - to cover production costs. The rest is paid when the approved draft is delivered. If the guarantee is activated, we return both installments - including the advance. We keep no administrative fees.
