Frequently asked questions
What do I get in a package?
Pack 20 has 10 Story videos (up to 30 sec) and 10 videos of any length, up to 2 minutes; Pack 40 has 20 + 20 and Pack 60 has 30 + 30. The AI character or your digital clone, the voice, music, subtitles and commercial rights are included.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once, in advance, with no obligation to buy again. The videos in the package never expire: use them whenever you need.
How much do I save?
It depends on the length of the videos: the longer they are, the more you save. If all long videos are 90–120 sec, you save €401 with Pack 20 (−41%), €991 with Pack 40 (−51%) and €1,591 with Pack 60 (−54%). If you only need short videos of up to 60 sec, you can also order them individually.
Can I cancel a package?
Yes, at any time. From the amount paid we deduct the videos already delivered or in production, at their individual price, and refund the difference. Example: with Pack 20 (€579), if you used 2 Story and 2 Short videos, we deduct 2 × €19 + 2 × €39 = €116 and refund €463. Details in the Return Policy.
How do I receive the videos?
Through a private Google Drive link, available for 30 days after delivery. Download the files and keep them.
Can I order videos longer than 2 minutes?
Yes, on request. Tell us what you need and we will send you a quote.
Is my digital clone included?
Yes. With any package, the AI character or your digital clone is free and used in all videos.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are final: ESI Quality SRL is not VAT-registered.
